Raspberry hut is a large holiday house located just outside of the Twizel township. The house has amazing 360 degree views of the Mackenzie basin and sits in a peaceful and picturesque rural setting. Styled as a hunting & fishing lodge and painted in traditional ‘farm barn’ red, the house is well equipped with bedrooms and large living areas including a large open plan kitchen, lounge, dining all with concrete floor that opens out onto large deck. 24. Pedalfish Cottage: Milky Way

This is the perfect star gazing experience, in fact everything good about the Mackenzie District is right here at the brand new “Pedalfish” Cottages (semi detached units). You’ll have incredible, uninterrupted views of the expansive and unique Mackenzie landscape with the Ben Ohau mountain range and hydro canals, world renowned for fishing, just minutes walk away and the A2O cycle trail on your doorstep.

There are two units available, you are booking “Milky Way” a 2 bedroom unit with kitchenette, bathroom and small lounge. There is also a heat pump to ensure you are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. If you have a larger group or want the entire building to yourself just let us know and we’ll arrange it for you.

This semi-rural paradise is only a 5 minute drive from the shops, cafes and restaurants of the Twizel township.
