Ruataniwha Retreat is a brand new 3 bedroom home in the beautiful Tussock Retreat subdivision next to Lake Ruataniwha. Just a couple of minutes walk to the lake and less than 10 minutes walk (or 2 minute drive) to the shops and cafes in town centre.
The kitchen is stylish with modern stainless steel Fisher & Paykel appliances for ease of use, combined with open plan living area which is the heart of the home and benefits from brilliant access to the sheltered set in Kiwila deck and the concrete patio. It’s perfect for entertaining and relaxing in.
Heat pump/Air Conditioning ensure comfort year round with additional heating in bedrooms for winter warmth.

MAXIMUM 6 GUESTS

Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay with us and after you leave we will do a full clean of the house. A compulsory one off $145 linen/cleaning fee applies. 
 
“Nightly rate” and “Pricing starting from” includes 2 guests, all additional guest are charged at $35 per person per night except children under the age of 2 years who stay free of charge.
